Ralph Snapper is a character in Round The Twist.
Mr. Snapper is the local school principal and the head teacher of drama, he is very strict with the children. He is socially awkward towards adults. He has a major infatuation with fellow teacher Fay.
In Santa Claws Mr Snapper erases a drawing of a snapper (fish) from the blackboard, and comments that it was a rather fishy joke. While teaching his English class he gives out assignments for the play The Hunchback of Notre Dame. When Pete Twist hands him a note reading that Pete has lost his voice, Mr Snapper is pleased there'll be no interruptions and suggests he sit next to James Gribble in hopes what ever he has is catching.
